Tanggung Jawab

  • Oversee end-to-end HR functions including recruitment, onboarding, and employee relations.
  • Develop and implement comprehensive people strategies to support organizational growth.
  • Manage employee lifecycle processes, ensuring strict compliance with labor laws and internal policies.
  • Foster a high-performance culture by conducting performance reviews and career development discussions.
  • Handle employee grievances and conflict resolution with a focus on maintaining positive workplace relations.

Kualifikasi

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in HR, preferably in a senior executive or management role.
  • Strong knowledge of employment laws and regulations in Singapore.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport at all levels.
  • Proficiency in HRIS (Human Resources Information Systems) and MS Office Suite.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities and work in a fast-paced environment.
