- Manage and analyze clinical data from transplant programs to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for improvement
- Develop and implement data-driven strategies to enhance patient care outcomes and transplant program efficiency
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including clinicians, researchers, and administrators to translate data insights into actionable initiatives
- Create comprehensive reports and visualizations to communicate findings to stakeholders and inform decision-making
- Stay current with emerging technologies and methodologies in healthcare data analytics and innovation
- Contribute to the development of data governance frameworks and best practices for clinical data management
- Support research initiatives by providing data analysis expertise and contributing to scholarly publications
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration, Data Science, Biostatistics, or related field; Master's degree preferred
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in healthcare data management, analytics, or related field
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in data analysis tools and statistical methods
- Experience working with clinical data, electronic health records, or healthcare information systems
- Excellent communication skills with ability to translate complex data insights for diverse stakeholders
- Knowledge of transplant medicine or organ transplantation processes is highly desirable
- Proven ability to work in a multidisciplinary team and collaborate effectively across departments
