We are seeking a highly motivated Senior Executive, Innovation (Contract) to join our dynamic Office of Innovation. In this pivotal role, you will be the driving force behind the Clinical Innovator Award (CIA) project, a flagship initiative that empowers frontline clinicians to transform groundbreaking ideas into tangible solutions.
You will manage the full lifecycle of innovation grants—from evaluation and award administration to milestone tracking and compliance. Beyond grant management, you will coordinate cross-functional innovation projects, facilitate product development and commercialisation pathways, and forge strong partnerships with clinicians, researchers, industry leaders, and government agencies.
This role offers a unique opportunity to sit at the intersection of clinical practice, technology, and business strategy. You will directly contribute to improving patient outcomes and operational efficiency by championing novel ideas from conception to real-world implementation.

Tanggung Jawab
- Administer the Clinical Innovator Award grant programme, including managing applications, evaluations, and disbursements.
- Coordinate and track innovation projects, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives and timely delivery of milestones.
- Facilitate product development and commercialisation pathways, including market research, IP protection, and industry partnerships.
- Prepare high-quality reports, presentations, and proposals for senior management and external stakeholders.
- Organise innovation forums, hackathons, and training sessions to drive a culture of creativity and problem-solving.
- Monitor project budgets and financials, providing regular updates and variance analysis.
- Liaise with clinicians, researchers, and external agencies (e.g., MOH, IHiS) to foster collaboration.
Kualifikasi
- Degree in Life Sciences, Biomedical Engineering, Business, or a related field.
- Minimum 3 to 5 years of relevant experience in project management, grant management, or healthcare innovation.
- Strong grasp of the Singapore healthcare ecosystem and clinical workflows.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with demonstrable experience in report and proposal writing.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and data analysis tools.
- Highly organised, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities effectively.
- A genuine passion for healthcare innovation and improving patient outcomes.
- Prior experience in a hospital, clinical research setting, or within the SingHealth cluster is highly advantageous.
