Tanggung Jawab
- Lead and manage improvement projects within the Innovation Improvement Office to drive operational excellence.
- Analyze complex operational data to identify trends, bottlenecks, and opportunities for enhancement.
- Develop and implement process optimization strategies using Lean, Six Sigma, or similar methodologies.
- Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders, including clinical and administrative teams, to foster a culture of change management.
- Monitor and report on the impact of improvement initiatives on key performance indicators (KPIs) and patient outcomes.
- Facilitate workshops and training sessions to upskill staff on quality improvement tools and techniques.
- Research and evaluate emerging healthcare technologies to recommend innovative solutions.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Management, Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in process improvement, operations management, or quality assurance within the healthcare or service industry.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and strategic thinking skills.
- Proficiency in data analysis tools (e.g., Excel, SQL) and project management methodologies.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
- Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic healthcare environment.
- Knowledge of healthcare regulatory frameworks is highly desirable.
