Join MR.DIY's finance leadership team as a Senior Executive specializing in Invoice & Spending Management. This critical role drives financial efficiency across our retail operations, ensuring seamless payment processing, budget adherence, and cost optimization. You'll implement robust financial controls while leading initiatives that transform our invoice workflows and spending analytics. As a key stakeholder in our financial ecosystem, you'll collaborate with cross-functional teams to align spending with strategic objectives, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards while identifying opportunities for process improvement. Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee end-to-end invoice processing lifecycle including verification, approval, and payment scheduling
- Develop and implement strategic spending management protocols to optimize budget allocation
- Lead continuous improvement initiatives for financial processes using automation and data analytics
- Ensure compliance with internal controls, audit requirements, and financial regulations
- Manage vendor relationships and negotiate payment terms to enhance cash flow
- Generate comprehensive financial reports on spending patterns and budget variances
- Train and mentor finance team members on invoice management best practices
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field; professional certifications (ACCA/CPA) preferred
- Minimum 5+ years in accounting with 3+ years in invoice/spending management
- Advanced proficiency in ERP systems (SAP/Oracle) and MS Excel with VBA knowledge
- Strong analytical skills with experience in financial data interpretation and reporting
- Proven track record in process optimization and financial control implementation
- Deep understanding of Malaysian financial regulations and tax compliance
- Exceptional leadership abilities with experience managing finance teams
