Tanggung Jawab
- Conduct comprehensive market research and lease analysis to identify new leasing opportunities and tenant retention strategies.
- Manage the end-to-end leasing cycle, including tenant acquisition, lease negotiations, and contract execution.
- Develop and execute marketing strategies to drive footfall and enhance the tenancy mix within the retail complex.
- Maintain accurate lease records and prepare regular leasing reports and performance metrics for management review.
- Coordinate with internal teams, including property management and marketing, to ensure seamless tenant relations.
- Monitor market trends to advise senior management on pricing, rental rates, and investment opportunities.
- Assist in the renewal and amendment of existing leases to ensure compliance with company policies and regulations.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum 3-5 years of relevant experience in retail leasing or real estate sales within Singapore.
- Relevant degree in Real Estate, Business Administration, or Marketing.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build rapport with diverse stakeholders.
- Proficiency in using CRM software and Microsoft Office suite.
- Deep understanding of Singapore's real estate market and regulatory environment.
- Ability to work independently and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
