Tanggung Jawab
- Support the planning and execution of population health strategies and initiatives.
- Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to drive project milestones and deliverables.
- Analyze health data and generate insightful reports to inform decision-making and program improvements.
- Assist in the development and monitoring of key performance indicators (KPIs) for health programs.
- Manage administrative and operational workflows to ensure seamless program delivery.
- Prepare presentation materials, policy papers, and papers for management and committee reviews.
- Support the management of budgets, grants, and procurement activities related to health projects.
- Contribute to research and evaluation activities to assess the impact of population health interventions.
Kualifikasi
- Degree in Public Health, Health Sciences, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of working experience, preferably in a healthcare, consulting, or public sector setting.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with proficiency in data analysis tools (e.g., Excel, Tableau, SPSS).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with experience in drafting papers for management.
- Project management experience and familiarity with healthcare operations is highly advantageous.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Passion for population health and improving health outcomes for the community.
- Experience working with diverse stakeholders and managing cross-functional projects is a plus.
