Tanggung Jawab
- Lead end-to-end recruitment lifecycle for diverse business units
- Develop and execute talent sourcing strategies across multiple channels
- Collaborate with hiring managers to define role requirements and candidate profiles
- Manage candidate screening, interviews, and offer negotiations
- Optimize recruitment processes using ATS systems and data analytics
- Build and maintain relationships with external recruitment partners
- Ensure compliance with HR policies and employment regulations
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- 5+ years of recruitment experience with emphasis on executive/senior roles
- Proven track record in full-cycle recruitment across multiple industries
- Strong expertise in sourcing passive candidates through professional networks
- Advanced proficiency in Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS)
- Excellent negotiation and stakeholder management skills
- Knowledge of Singapore labor laws and recruitment best practices
