Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee the strategic planning and operational management of the Regional Hospital Network to ensure alignment with SingHealth Group's objectives.
- Facilitate effective communication and collaboration between regional stakeholders, including medical staff, administrators, and external partners.
- Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to drive quality improvement initiatives and optimize patient flow.
- Lead and coordinate special projects and task forces aimed at enhancing service delivery and operational efficiency.
- Manage budget preparation and financial forecasting for regional programs and initiatives.
- Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and organizational policies across the network.
- Represent the Regional Hospital Network in internal and external meetings and forums.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare Administration, Business Management, Public Health, or a related field.
- A minimum of 3 to 5 years of relevant experience in healthcare management, operations, or executive support.
- Strong understanding of the Singapore public healthcare landscape and institutional frameworks.
- Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills.
- Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage complex stakeholder relationships.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite and healthcare management information systems.
