Tanggung Jawab
- Coordinate and support end-to-end research administrative workflows for faculty and research centers.
- Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including industry partners and government agencies.
- Assist in the preparation and management of grant applications, project reports, and financial compliance documentation.
- Organize high-impact academic seminars, workshops, and partnership networking events.
- Monitor and analyze research output metrics to provide insights for departmental improvement.
- Ensure adherence to university policies, ethics, and research data management protocols.
- Serve as a primary point of contact for faculty members regarding partnership queries and administrative support.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Research Management, or a related field.
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in research administration, higher education, or project management.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with the ability to articulate complex concepts clearly.
- Proficiency in CRM tools, Microsoft Office Suite, and project management software.
- Proven ability to manage multiple high-stakes projects simultaneously under tight deadlines.
- Strong interpersonal skills with experience in stakeholder management and partnership development.
- Knowledge of research grant cycles and academic funding landscapes in Singapore is highly advantageous.
