Tanggung Jawab
- Overseeing lease renewals and negotiations to maximize asset value and occupancy rates.
- Managing day-to-day branch operations to ensure high service standards and smooth workflow.
- Conducting regular asset maintenance checks to uphold facility quality and safety.
- Ensuring all business licenses and regulatory documents are current and compliant.
- Liaising with tenants, contractors, and local authorities to resolve operational issues.
- Preparing monthly reports on asset performance, maintenance costs, and lease expirations.
- Implementing cost-saving measures for branch operations and asset maintenance.
Kualifikasi
- Degree in Real Estate, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in retail asset or property management.
- Strong knowledge of Malaysian business licensing and compliance regulations.
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office and asset management software.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities efficiently.
- Strong problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail.
