Tanggung Jawab
- Develop, implement, and monitor enterprise risk management frameworks and quality improvement projects.
- Conduct regular audits and clinical reviews to ensure compliance with national healthcare standards and internal policies.
- Facilitate incident reporting, root cause analysis, and the implementation of corrective and preventive actions (CAPA).
- Collaborate with department heads to identify operational bottlenecks and propose evidence-based solutions.
- Prepare comprehensive reports and presentations for senior management regarding quality performance indicators.
- Coordinate staff training on quality management systems, safety protocols, and risk awareness.
- Maintain documentation required for accreditation standards and regulatory audits.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare Management, Business Administration, Science, or a related field.
- At least 3-5 years of relevant experience in risk management, quality assurance, or clinical operations, preferably in a healthcare setting.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and generate actionable insights.
- Proficiency in quality management methodologies (e.g., Lean Six Sigma, ISO standards).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong knowledge of healthcare regulations and patient safety standards in Singapore.
