- Develop and implement comprehensive sales and marketing strategies to drive business growth and market expansion
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities through proactive networking and market research
- Manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation to closing deals and maintaining client relationships
- Collaborate with product development and marketing teams to create targeted campaigns that resonate with our audience
- Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for differentiation and competitive advantage
- Prepare and present regular reports on sales performance, market analysis, and strategic initiatives
- Mentor and guide junior team members to foster professional development and enhance team performance
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred
- Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in sales and marketing roles, with proven track record of meeting or exceeding targets
- Strong industry networks and relationships within the relevant market sector
- Comprehensive understanding of the full sales cycle and effective sales methodologies
