In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for managing end-to-end sales operations, ensuring that the sales team is equipped with the necessary tools, data, and support to drive revenue. This position requires a unique blend of analytical prowess and operational coordination. You will oversee critical functions including vendor coordination, shipment arrangement, and inventory control to ensure seamless business support.
As a Senior Executive, you will act as the bridge between the sales department and external vendors, optimizing supply chain logistics to support sales targets. Your expertise in data analysis and process improvement will directly contribute to the company’s growth and efficiency in the competitive Malaysian market.
Tanggung Jawab
- Manage end-to-end sales operations workflows and internal processes.
- Coordinate with vendors and suppliers to ensure timely shipment arrangement and logistics support.
- Oversee inventory control and track stock levels to support sales demands.
- Analyze sales data and generate comprehensive performance reports.
- Optimize CRM systems and sales pipelines for maximum efficiency.
- Support the sales team with operational requirements and data accuracy.
- Implement best practices for vendor relationship management.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in Sales Operations, Procurement, or Logistics.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
- Familiarity with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) is highly desirable.
- Excellent organizational skills with a keen attention to detail.
- Proven ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong communication skills for effective vendor and team coordination.
