- Develop and implement TCM practice standards and protocols across SingHealth institutions
- Lead strategic initiatives to harmonize TCM services while maintaining clinical excellence
- Oversee integration of TCM with conventional medical services for holistic patient care
- Manage stakeholder relationships with TCM practitioners, clinicians, and regulatory bodies
- Monitor and evaluate TCM clinical outcomes and patient safety metrics
- Drive innovation in TCM service delivery models and operational efficiency
- Represent the TCM Council in national healthcare forums and policy discussions
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Traditional Chinese Medicine, Health Administration, or related field
- Minimum 8 years of healthcare administration experience with 3+ years in senior leadership
- Expertise in TCM clinical practices, regulatory frameworks, and quality standards
- Proven track record in developing healthcare policies and operational protocols
- Strong strategic planning and stakeholder management abilities
- Postgraduate qualification in Healthcare Management or TCM preferred
- Demonstrated experience in leading cross-functional healthcare initiatives
