Changi General Hospital is inviting a dedicated Senior Executive, Specialist Clinics Operations – Informatics & Standards to join our dynamic team in the East Region. In this key role, you will leverage your operational expertise to oversee IT-related projects that drive the efficiency and standards of our Specialist Clinics.
You will be responsible for the end-to-end coordination of assigned IT initiatives, ensuring they align seamlessly with clinical workflows. Tanggung Jawab
- Plan, manage, and coordinate assigned IT-related projects within the Specialist Clinics framework.
- Ensure strict adherence to informatics standards and operational protocols.
- Liaise effectively between clinical staff, IT teams, and vendors to identify and resolve technical requirements.
- Monitor project timelines, budgets, and deliverables to ensure successful project execution.
- Analyze operational data to recommend improvements for clinic workflows and system efficiency.
- Prepare comprehensive reports and presentations for senior management regarding project status and operational insights.
Kualifikasi
- Demonstrated understanding of Specialist Clinics operations and healthcare workflows.
- Relevant experience in IT project management or healthcare informatics.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, capable of engaging diverse stakeholders.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently in a fast-paced environment.
- Relevant tertiary qualification in Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Experience working within the healthcare or hospital sector is highly preferred.
