Tanggung Jawab
- Lead end-to-end recruitment lifecycle including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding
- Develop and execute strategic talent acquisition plans aligned with business objectives
- Partner with department heads to define talent needs and craft compelling job descriptions
- Utilize multiple sourcing channels including LinkedIn, job boards, and referrals
- Manage applicant tracking systems and optimize recruitment workflows
- Conduct behavioral interviews and assess cultural fit for critical roles
- Analyze recruitment metrics to improve hiring efficiency and quality
- Stay current with industry trends and innovative recruitment methodologies
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- Minimum 5+ years of talent acquisition experience with 2+ years in leadership
- Proven success in recruiting for diverse roles across multiple industries
- Expertise in full-cycle recruitment and ATS management (e.g., Workday, Greenhouse)
- Strong stakeholder management and negotiation skills
- Experience developing employer branding and talent attraction strategies
- Certification in talent acquisition or HR (e.g., CIPD, SHRM) preferred
- Exceptional communication and problem-solving abilities
