Join J&T Express, Malaysia’s fastest-growing logistics and courier company, as a Senior Executive/Team Lead, Internal Control. We are looking for a strategic thinker and leader to strengthen our control framework and drive operational excellence. In this pivotal role, you will lead a dedicated team to ensure robust compliance, identify operational risks, and implement effective control measures across our network.
You will be responsible for designing, implementing, and monitoring internal control systems that align with international accounting standards and regulatory requirements. Tanggung Jawab
- Lead, mentor, and manage the internal control team to ensure high performance and adherence to departmental objectives.
- Develop, review, and update internal control policies and procedures to mitigate financial and operational risks.
- Conduct regular audits, risk assessments, and process reviews to ensure compliance with MFRS and company policies.
- Investigate discrepancies, irregularities, or non-compliance issues and recommend corrective actions.
- Coordinate with external auditors and management to facilitate smooth audit processes and reporting.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) related to control effectiveness and operational efficiency.
- Train staff on internal control policies and the importance of regulatory compliance.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Professional qualification such as ACCA, CIMA, CPA, or MICPA is highly preferred.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in internal control, audit, or a similar finance role.
- Demonstrated experience in leading a team or supervising staff members.
- Strong knowledge of Malaysian Financial Reporting Standards (MFRS) and corporate governance.
- Proficient in ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
