Tanggung Jawab
- Act as a strategic Business Partner to key stakeholders, providing financial insights and recommendations to drive business performance.
- Perform day-to-day accounting functions, including journal entries, reconciliations, and general ledger maintenance.
- Lead and support the month-end and year-end close processes, ensuring accuracy and timeliness of financial statements.
- Ensure strict compliance with local Philippine accounting standards and international financial reporting regulations.
- Conduct variance analysis and financial modeling to support budgeting and forecasting activities.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve accounting processes and implement best practices.
- Manage relationships with external auditors and tax authorities as needed.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (CPA certification is a plus).
- Minimum of 5+ years of progressive experience in accounting, preferably within the Animal Nutrition or FMCG industry.
- Strong knowledge of Philippine GAAP and IFRS accounting standards.
- Proficiency in ERP systems, specifically SAP or Oracle.
- Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex financial data.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
