PT Adventa Biotech International is an emerging leader in the biotechnology industry, dedicated to delivering high-quality health solutions through innovation and excellence. We are currently expanding our operations within the Special Economic Zone (KEK) in Kaliwungu, Jawa Tengah, and are seeking a seasoned Senior Export-Import (EXIM) Specialist to lead our international trade operations.

You will be the cornerstone of our supply chain, ensuring that raw materials and finished biotech products move seamlessly across international borders. The successful candidate will navigate the specific regulatory advantages and requirements of operating within a Special Economic Zone, optimizing our customs processes and maintaining impeccable records. Tanggung Jawab
- Manage end-to-end export and import documentation, including PIB, PEB, and related permits, ensuring 100% accuracy and compliance.
- Oversee all customs activities specifically tailored to Special Economic Zone (KEK/SEZ) regulations and Bonded Zone facilities.
- Utilize the CEISA and INSW systems for real-time customs reporting and shipment tracking.
- Liaise effectively with Customs officers, Ministry of Trade officials, and other relevant government agencies.
- Coordinate with freight forwarders, shipping lines, and domestic transport providers to optimize logistics costs and lead times.
- Manage the company's Master List and duty exemption facilities to maximize financial efficiency.
- Conduct regular internal audits of EXIM documents and warehouse reports to ensure audit readiness at all times.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in International Trade, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5-8 years of experience in EXIM, with at least 3 years in a Senior or Supervisory role.
- Extensive knowledge of Indonesian Customs regulations, specifically regarding Special Economic Zones (KEK).
- Possession of a valid PPJK (Ahli Kepabeanan) certification is highly preferred.
- Proficiency in English, both written and verbal, for international stakeholder communication.
- Strong analytical skills with a proven ability to solve complex logistics and regulatory bottlenecks.
- Willingness to be based in or relocate to Kaliwungu, Jawa Tengah.
