We are seeking an experienced professional to manage and oversee our entire export and import processes, ensuring compliance with international trade regulations and optimizing logistics efficiency.
In this critical position, you will be responsible for coordinating with customs authorities, managing documentation, and liaising with freight forwarders and shipping companies. You'll have the opportunity to develop and implement strategies that enhance our international trade operations while minimizing costs and risks.

Tanggung Jawab
- Manage and oversee all export and import processes for the company
- Ensure compliance with international trade regulations and customs requirements
- Coordinate with customs authorities and resolve any clearance issues
- Prepare and review shipping documents, including bills of lading, commercial invoices, and certificates of origin
- Liaise with freight forwarders, shipping lines, and other logistics partners
- Monitor and optimize shipping costs and transit times
- Develop and implement strategies to improve export/import efficiency
- Stay updated on changes in trade regulations and policies
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in International Business, Supply Chain Management, or related field
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in export/import operations
- Strong knowledge of international trade regulations and customs procedures
- Excellent documentation and organizational skills
- Proficient in using trade management software and MS Office applications
- Strong negotiation and communication skills
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
- Attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
