Tanggung Jawab
- Lead end-to-end external audit engagements for diverse client portfolios
- Execute risk-based audit procedures and assess internal control effectiveness
- Prepare comprehensive audit reports with actionable recommendations
- Mentor junior auditors and provide technical guidance on complex issues
- Ensure compliance with IFRS, PFRS, and Philippine auditing standards
- Develop and maintain strong client relationships through transparent communication
- Identify process improvements and cost-saving opportunities for clients
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Accountancy (CPA license required)
- Minimum 5 years of external audit experience in public practice
- Advanced proficiency in audit software (e.g., ACL, IDEA) and MS Office
- Deep understanding of IFRS, SEC regulations, and PCAOB standards
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail and accuracy
- Proven ability to manage multiple audit engagements simultaneously
- Excellent communication skills for client presentations and report writing
