Are you a seasoned Facilities Manager seeking a new challenge? We are looking for a highly skilled Senior Facilities Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations, maintenance works, and services at the Client’s prestigious premises in the Central Region. In this pivotal role, you will lead a team of professionals to ensure that all facilities run smoothly, efficiently, and safely. You will be responsible for maintaining high standards of service delivery while managing budgets and vendor relationships effectively. Tanggung Jawab
- Lead and manage the day-to-day operations, maintenance works, and services at the Client’s premises.
- Oversee the delivery of comprehensive facilities services, ensuring high standards of cleanliness and functionality.
- Develop and manage the annual facilities budget, including forecasting, cost control, and financial reporting.
- Coordinate with external vendors, contractors, and internal teams for repairs, renovations, and routine maintenance.
- Ensure full compliance with safety regulations, health standards, and environmental policies at the site.
- Manage tenant and client relationships, addressing inquiries and resolving operational issues promptly.
- Conduct regular facility inspections, audits, and risk assessments to identify areas for improvement.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum of 5-8 years of relevant experience in facilities management or property operations.
- A recognized degree or diploma in Building Services, Engineering, Real Estate, or a related field.
- Possession of WSHP or WSH Certification is highly preferred.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage, motivate, and develop a facilities team.
- Proficiency in MS Office applications and property management software.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to interact with diverse stakeholders.
