Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee daily operations of large-scale broiler farms (up to 1 million birds)
- Implement and maintain strict biosecurity protocols to prevent disease outbreaks
- Manage farm staff including hiring, training, performance evaluation, and scheduling
- Monitor bird health, growth metrics, and feed conversion efficiency
- Coordinate with veterinarians and nutritionists for health and nutrition programs
- Ensure compliance with industry regulations and company quality standards
- Develop and optimize production schedules to maximize output and minimize costs
- Maintain accurate farm records and production reports
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Agriculture, Animal Science, Veterinary Medicine, or related field
- Minimum 5 years of poultry farm management experience with broiler operations
- Proven track record managing large-scale facilities (500k+ birds)
- Expertise in biosecurity protocols, disease prevention, and animal welfare
- Strong leadership skills with experience managing agricultural teams
- Knowledge of modern poultry farming technologies and equipment
