Join Sarwa Manggalla Raya as a Senior Finance Account Receivable Associate and become a vital part of our finance team. In this critical role, you'll manage end-to-end accounts receivable processes, ensuring timely collections and maintaining healthy cash flow. Tanggung Jawab
- Manage full-cycle accounts receivable operations including invoicing, payment processing, and collections
- Monitor aging reports and implement collection strategies to minimize overdue payments
- Reconcile customer accounts and resolve discrepancies through detailed investigation
- Collaborate with sales and customer service teams to resolve payment issues
- Prepare monthly AR reports and provide insights to senior management
- Assist in month-end closing procedures and financial statement preparation
- Maintain accurate customer credit files and assess creditworthiness
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in accounts receivable or finance role
- Proficiency in accounting software (SAP, Oracle) and MS Excel
- Strong knowledge of Indonesian accounting standards and tax regulations
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
