Tanggung Jawab
- Manage full-cycle accounting operations including GL maintenance, AP/AR, and month-end closing
- Prepare accurate financial statements and regulatory compliance reports
- Develop and implement financial controls to ensure audit readiness
- Analyze financial data to support strategic decision-making processes
- Lead budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis initiatives
- Coordinate with external auditors and tax authorities
- Mentor junior accounting staff and optimize department workflows
- Oversee payroll processing and employee benefits administration
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting/Finance with 5+ years relevant experience
- CPA certification or equivalent professional qualification preferred
- Expert knowledge of Indonesian accounting standards (PSAK) and tax regulations
- Advanced proficiency in ERP systems (SAP/Oracle) and MS Office Suite
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail and accuracy
- Proven experience in team leadership and process improvement
- Fluency in Bahasa Indonesia and English (written/spoken)
- Experience in manufacturing or trading industry preferred
