Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee full-cycle accounting operations including accounts payable, receivable, and general ledger management
- Prepare and analyze monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements with variance reporting
- Lead budgeting, forecasting, and cost-control initiatives aligned with business objectives
- Ensure compliance with Indonesian tax regulations (VAT, income tax) and statutory reporting requirements
- Develop and implement internal controls to safeguard company assets and financial data integrity
- Manage financial audits and coordinate with external auditors and tax authorities
- Mentor and supervise accounting staff while fostering a culture of continuous improvement
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field; CPA/ACCA certification preferred
- Minimum 5 years of progressive accounting experience with 2+ years in managerial role
- Expert knowledge of Indonesian accounting standards (PSAK) and tax regulations
- Advanced proficiency in ERP systems (SAP/Oracle) and MS Excel with pivot/vlookup skills
- Strong leadership abilities with proven team management and cross-functional collaboration
- Excellent analytical skills with attention to detail and problem-solving capabilities
- Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia for financial reporting and stakeholder communication
