Tanggung Jawab
- Lead and manage the end-to-end accounting cycle, including accounts payable and receivable.
- Oversee annual budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis to support strategic business planning.
- Manage treasury functions, including cash flow management, banking relations, and foreign exchange risks.
- Ensure strict adherence to corporate governance, internal controls, and regulatory compliance standards.
- Prepare comprehensive monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports for stakeholders and management.
- Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing finance team.
- Conduct financial risk assessments and implement mitigation strategies.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field; Professional qualification (ACCA, CPA, CA) is highly preferred.
- Minimum of 5-8 years of experience in a senior finance or accounting management role within the trading or manufacturing sector.
- In-depth knowledge of local financial reporting standards and corporate compliance regulations.
- Proficiency in ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and advanced MS Excel skills.
- Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent analytical abilities with a keen eye for detail and accuracy.
