Tanggung Jawab
- Lead end-to-end accounting operations including AP/AR, payroll, and general ledger management
- Prepare and analyze monthly/quarterly financial statements and management reports
- Ensure compliance with Indonesian accounting standards (PSAK) and tax regulations
- Develop and implement financial controls, policies, and process improvements
- Conduct variance analysis and provide strategic financial insights to leadership
- Manage relationships with auditors, banks, and regulatory authorities
- Mentor and develop finance team members to enhance capabilities
- Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and cost optimization initiatives
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting/Finance; CPA or Master's degree preferred
- 5+ years progressive finance/accounting experience with 2+ years in leadership
- Deep expertise in Indonesian tax regulations and accounting standards
- Advanced proficiency in ERP systems (SAP/Oracle) and MS Excel
- Strong analytical skills with ability to translate complex data
- Proven track record in process optimization and team leadership
- Excellent communication skills for stakeholder collaboration
