Tanggung Jawab
- Lead end-to-end budgeting and forecasting processes for PNG market operations
- Design, implement, and monitor internal control systems ensuring compliance with financial regulations
- Conduct in-depth financial analysis to support strategic decision-making and identify growth opportunities
- Prepare accurate financial reports and executive dashboards for PNG regional management
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize financial processes and resource allocation
- Monitor KPIs and financial performance against strategic objectives, proposing corrective actions
- Ensure adherence to Indonesian accounting standards and PNG regulatory requirements
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration (S1)
- Minimum 5 years of progressive finance/accounting experience in multinational corporations
- Proven expertise in budgeting, forecasting, and internal control implementation
- Advanced proficiency in ERP systems (SAP/Oracle) and financial modeling tools
- Strong analytical skills with ability to translate complex data into actionable insights
- Experience in food/beverage industry or cross-border finance operations preferred
- Professional certification (CPA, ACCA) or equivalent qualification highly regarded
