Tanggung Jawab
- Manage full-cycle accounting operations, including general ledger maintenance and month-end close procedures.
- Oversee corporate tax planning, preparation, and compliance with Indonesian tax regulations (PPN, PPh, etc.).
- Lead the preparation of accurate financial statements, reports, and management packs for executive review.
- Develop and implement internal controls, policies, and procedures to safeguard company assets.
- Conduct financial analysis to support strategic decision-making and budget forecasting.
- Manage relationships with external auditors, tax authorities, and banking institutions.
- Ensure timely and accurate reporting for regulatory requirements and statutory audits.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Taxation, or related field.
- Minimum of 5-7 years of progressive experience in Finance, Accounting, or Tax roles.
- Strong knowledge of Indonesian Financial Accounting Standards (PSAK) and Tax Laws (UU Perpajakan).
- Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., SAP, Oracle, or NetSuite) and advanced MS Excel skills.
- Certified Public Accountant (Akuntan Publik) or CPA certification is highly preferred.
- Excellent analytical skills with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
- Strong leadership skills and the ability to mentor junior finance staff.
