Tanggung Jawab
- Manage end-to-end financial accounting processes including month-end/year-end closing
- Oversee tax compliance, planning, and reporting activities
- Prepare and analyze financial statements adhering to local accounting standards
- Develop internal controls to ensure financial accuracy and regulatory compliance
- Lead budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis initiatives
- Collaborate with external auditors during financial audits
- Optimize tax strategies to minimize liabilities while ensuring legal compliance
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- Minimum 5 years of experience in finance/accounting/tax roles
- Deep understanding of Indonesian tax regulations (PPh, PPN, etc.)
- Proficiency in accounting software and ERP systems
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
- Professional certification (CA, CPA, or equivalent) preferred
