Tanggung Jawab
- Lead and manage finance, accounting, and tax operations for F&B division
- Oversee financial reporting, budgeting, and forecasting processes
- Ensure compliance with Indonesian tax regulations and accounting standards
- Manage tax filings, audits, and financial risk mitigation
- Supervise and develop accounting team through mentorship and training
- Optimize financial systems and internal controls for efficiency
- Collaborate with operations team to align financial strategies with business goals
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- Minimum 5 years of experience in Finance, Accounting & Tax (FAT)
- 3+ years in supervisory/managerial role
- Strong knowledge of Indonesian tax regulations and PSAK standards
- Experience in F&B industry highly preferred
- Proficiency in accounting software (SAP, Oracle) and Excel
- Excellent analytical, leadership, and communication skills
- Professional certification (Akuntan Publik/CPA) is advantageous
