Newton Education Center is seeking a dynamic and experienced Senior Finance, Accounting, and Tax professional who is fluent in Mandarin to join our growing team in Penjaringan, Jakarta Raya. In this key leadership position, you will oversee the full cycle of accounting operations, manage complex tax compliance requirements, and provide high-level financial analysis to support executive decision-making.

Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee the full cycle of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reporting and reconciliation.
- Ensure full compliance with Indonesian tax regulations, including PPh (Income Tax), PPN (VAT), and corporate tax filings.
- Develop and manage the annual budget and conduct variance analysis to drive cost control and profitability.
- Manage general ledger accounts and oversee accounts payable and receivable processes.
- Coordinate with external auditors and tax consultants to ensure smooth audit processes.
- Implement and improve internal controls and financial processes to mitigate risk.
- Act as the primary point of contact for Mandarin-speaking financial stakeholders and clients.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Taxation, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in Finance, Accounting, or Tax, preferably in the education or service industry.
- Fluent in Mandarin (speaking and reading) with strong English communication skills.
- Deep understanding of Indonesian tax laws (e.g., UU HPP, PPh Pasal 21, PPN Pasal 12).
- Proficient in ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, or similar) and advanced Excel skills.
- Certified Public Accountant (CPA) or equivalent professional certification is a strong plus.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
