Tanggung Jawab
- Manage end-to-end payroll processing for all employees, ensuring accuracy and timeliness
- Oversee daily accounting operations, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger maintenance
- Prepare and file tax returns, ensuring compliance with Indonesian tax regulations
- Analyze financial data and prepare insightful reports for management decision-making
- Implement and maintain internal controls to safeguard company assets
- Collaborate with auditors during financial audits and provide necessary documentation
- Assist in budget preparation and financial forecasting processes
- Stay updated on changing financial regulations and implement necessary changes
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- Minimum 5 years of experience in finance, accounting, tax, and payroll
- Professional certification (CPA, ACCA, or equivalent) preferred
- Proficiency in accounting software and ERP systems
- Strong knowledge of Indonesian tax regulations and compliance requirements
- Excellent analytical skills with attention to detail
- Effective communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
