Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and execute comprehensive tax planning strategies for all company entities
- Coordinate and monitor corporate cash flow to ensure optimal liquidity and operational efficiency
- Lead tax consolidation processes across multiple business units and jurisdictions
- Ensure compliance with Indonesian tax regulations and financial reporting standards
- Analyze financial data to identify cost-saving opportunities and tax optimization strategies
- Prepare and present detailed financial reports for executive decision-making
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to align financial strategies with business goals
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or Taxation (Master's preferred)
- 5+ years of progressive experience in finance, accounting, and tax roles
- Proven expertise in Indonesian tax regulations and consolidation principles
- Advanced proficiency in financial software and MS Excel
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail and accuracy
- Experience in marine construction or heavy industry is advantageous
- Professional certifications (CPA, ACCA, or equivalent) highly valued
