Tanggung Jawab
- Daily recording and filing of all Finance, Accounting & Tax (FAT) transactions with meticulous attention to detail
- Preparation, submission, and management of comprehensive tax reports including PPh, PPN, and annual tax returns
- Coordination with internal and external auditors to ensure smooth audit processes and compliance
- Implementation of tax optimization strategies while maintaining full regulatory adherence
- Financial statement preparation and analysis for senior management reporting
- Development and maintenance of internal financial controls and documentation systems
- Collaboration with cross-functional teams to support financial planning and budgeting processes
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or Taxation (S1) with minimum 5 years of relevant experience
- Professional certification (Brevet A/B, CPA, or equivalent) strongly preferred
- Deep expertise in Indonesian tax regulations, accounting standards (PSAK), and compliance requirements
- Proven experience in property/real estate sector financial operations
- Advanced proficiency in ERP systems (SAP, Oracle) and Microsoft Excel
- Strong analytical skills with ability to interpret complex financial data
- Excellent communication skills in both English and Indonesian
- Experience managing audit processes and regulatory reporting cycles
