Join Litrocom Global Trading as a Senior Finance & Accounts Executive and take charge of financial operations for our Labuan entity. This pivotal role requires expertise in managing comprehensive financial workflows including accounts payable/receivable, tax compliance, banking operations, and regulatory adherence. You'll be instrumental in supporting monthly reporting, internal/external audits, and international fund transfers while ensuring strict adherence to financial controls and industry standards. Tanggung Jawab
- Manage full-cycle accounting operations for Labuan entity including bookkeeping, month-end closing, and financial statement preparation
- Oversee tax compliance, GST filings, and statutory reporting to Malaysian authorities
- Coordinate banking relationships, manage cash flow, and process international fund transfers
- Ensure adherence to Labuan Financial Services Authority regulations and internal controls
- Support internal and external audits by preparing documentation and reconciliations
- Analyze financial data and prepare management reports for strategic decision-making
- Liaise with cross-border teams on fund operations and currency management
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (CPA/ACCA preferred)
- Minimum 5 years of experience in finance/accounting with Labuan entity exposure
- Deep knowledge of Malaysian tax regulations and international fund operations
- Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and MS Excel
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail and accuracy
- Excellent communication skills for stakeholder collaboration
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced trading environment
