- Develop and maintain financial models, budgets, and forecasts to support strategic planning and decision-making
- Analyze financial performance data, identify trends, and prepare insightful reports for senior leadership
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align financial initiatives with business objectives
- Conduct variance analysis, risk assessments, and opportunity identification across business units
- Optimize financial processes through automation and data-driven process improvements
- Support M&A activities, due diligence, and integration planning for strategic initiatives
- Maintain compliance with financial regulations and internal controls
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field; CPA/CMA preferred
- Minimum 5+ years of progressive experience in financial planning and analysis
- Advanced proficiency in Excel (PivotTables, VLOOKUP, Power Query) and financial modeling
- Experience with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle) and business intelligence tools (Tableau, Power BI)
- Strong analytical skills with ability to translate complex data into actionable insights
- Excellent communication and presentation skills with ability to convey financial concepts to non-financial stakeholders
- Proven track record of driving process improvements and implementing financial best practices
