Tanggung Jawab
- Lead financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting processes for regional manufacturing operations.
- Perform variance analysis to identify trends, risks, and opportunities for cost optimization.
- Prepare accurate monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports in compliance with local and corporate accounting standards.
- Support cross-functional teams with financial modeling to evaluate business performance and capital investment decisions.
- Ensure strict adherence to internal controls, financial policies, and statutory regulations.
- Collaborate with global stakeholders to streamline financial processes and improve data reporting accuracy.
- Provide strategic financial guidance to department heads to ensure alignment with company growth targets.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field; professional certification (ACCA, CPA, or CIMA) is highly preferred.
- Minimum 5-7 years of professional experience in financial analysis, ideally within a manufacturing or MNC environment.
- Proficiency in ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and advanced financial modeling in Excel.
- Strong understanding of financial reporting standards and Malaysian tax regulations.
- Proven ability to interpret complex data sets and translate them into clear, actionable business insights.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
- High level of integrity, professional skepticism, and attention to detail.
