Tanggung Jawab
- Lead preparation and analysis of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports
- Manage budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis processes
- Ensure compliance with accounting policies and regulatory requirements
- Support internal and external audits with accurate financial documentation
- Develop financial models for scenario planning and decision support
- Collaborate with department heads on financial planning and performance tracking
- Identify process improvement opportunities in financial reporting workflows
- Present financial insights to senior leadership stakeholders
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field (CPA/Master's preferred)
- 5+ years of experience in finance with 2+ years in controlling/reporting roles
- Advanced proficiency in ERP systems (SAP/Oracle) and financial software
- Expert knowledge of GAAP/IFRS and financial reporting standards
- Strong analytical skills with ability to interpret complex financial data
- Experience in multinational company financial operations
- Excellent Excel skills with data visualization capabilities
- Proven track record of process optimization in finance
