Tanggung Jawab
- Conduct in-depth financial analysis and prepare variance reports to support decision-making processes.
- Develop and maintain complex financial models for budgeting, forecasting, and scenario planning.
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in compliance with GAAP standards.
- Collaborate with department heads to identify cost-saving opportunities and process improvements.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and present actionable insights to senior leadership.
- Assist in the annual audit process and ensure all financial documentation is accurate and up-to-date.
- Perform cost-benefit analyses for new business initiatives and capital expenditures.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or Business Administration (CPA license is a strong advantage).
- Minimum of 5 years of progressive experience in financial analysis or a related field.
- Proficiency in advanced Excel functions and financial reporting software (e.g., SAP, Oracle, or NetSuite).
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex financial data.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, for presenting findings to stakeholders.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
