- Analyze financial data to support supply chain optimization and business growth initiatives
- Develop and maintain financial models for cost-benefit analysis and forecasting
- Lead cross-functional projects to identify and implement cost reduction opportunities
- Prepare comprehensive financial reports and performance dashboards for leadership
- Collaborate with procurement and operations teams on pricing strategies and margin analysis
- Conduct variance analysis and root cause investigations for financial discrepancies
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives through financial KPI monitoring
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field; MBA/CPA preferred
- Minimum 5 years of financial analysis experience, preferably in supply chain or manufacturing
- Advanced proficiency in Excel and financial modeling tools (SAP, Oracle)
- Strong analytical skills with ability to translate data into actionable recommendations
- Experience with variance analysis, budgeting, and forecasting processes
- Excellent communication skills with ability to present complex financial concepts
- Knowledge of supply chain finance principles and cost optimization methodologies
