Tanggung Jawab
- Lead the monthly, quarterly, and annual financial forecasting and budgeting processes.
- Perform in-depth variance analysis and provide actionable commentary to the executive leadership team.
- Develop and maintain complex financial models to support strategic decision-making and business planning.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and highlight areas for cost optimization and revenue growth.
- Prepare comprehensive financial reports, presentations, and dashboards for internal stakeholders.
- Collaborate with department heads to manage departmental budgets and ensure financial accountability.
- Support the annual audit process and ensure strict compliance with financial regulations and company policies.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field; CPA or CFA certification is a significant advantage.
- Minimum of 4-6 years of professional experience in financial planning and analysis (FP&A).
- Expert-level proficiency in Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, Macros, Financial Modeling).
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate complex data into clear business insights.
- Hands-on experience with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, NetSuite) and BI tools.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to present findings to non-financial stakeholders.
- Strong work ethic and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
