Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee daily accounting operations and ensure timely financial reporting.
- Analyze financial data to provide actionable insights for management decision-making.
- Prepare and manage the annual budget, as well as monthly forecasts and variance analysis.
- Supervise and mentor the accounting team to ensure high performance and adherence to company standards.
- Ensure compliance with local financial regulations and internal policies.
- Identify process improvements to enhance operational efficiency and cost control.
- Conduct regular audits of financial records and reconciliation of accounts.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or Business Administration.
- CPA license is a strong advantage.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in financial analysis and accounting supervision.
- Proven track record of managing budgets and financial reporting.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex financial data.
- Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., SAP, QuickBooks) and advanced MS Excel skills.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills.
