In this pivotal role, you will be at the heart of our Corporate Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) function, driving the strategic decision-making process through rigorous business analysis and short/long-term financial modeling.
As a Senior Finance Analyst, you will act as a key business partner, translating complex data into actionable insights for leadership. Given our global footprint, fluency in Mandarin is essential to facilitate seamless communication and reporting with our regional stakeholders. Tanggung Jawab
- Lead the development of annual budgets, quarterly forecasts, and long-term financial plans.
- Conduct variance analysis to explain business performance, identifying risks and opportunities for profitability improvement.
- Partner with cross-functional departments to provide deep-dive financial insights on business operations.
- Develop and maintain complex financial models to support strategic investment decisions and cost optimization initiatives.
- Prepare high-level financial reports and executive presentations for management reviews.
- Ensure compliance with corporate financial policies and internal control standards.
- Facilitate communication and financial reporting coordination between the Cebu hub and Mandarin-speaking regional offices.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field; CPA or MBA is highly preferred.
- Minimum 5-7 years of professional experience in FP&A, corporate finance, or business controlling.
- Fluency in Mandarin (written and spoken) is required due to the nature of the cross-border stakeholder management.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and experience with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and BI tools.
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate technical financial data into meaningful business narratives.
- Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a matrix organizational structure.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of influencing senior-level stakeholders.
