Singapore LNG Corporation Pte Ltd is seeking a high-calibre and analytical Senior Financial Analyst (FP&A) to join our dynamic finance team. In this pivotal role, you will be instrumental in supporting Project Cost Control activities for major capital projects critical to Singapore’s energy infrastructure. You will act as a key business partner, providing deep-dive financial insights, rigorous cost monitoring, and strategic forecasts that drive project efficiency and financial performance.
The successful candidate will demonstrate a strong foundation in financial modelling, a keen eye for variance analysis, and the ability to communicate complex financial data to non-financial stakeholders. Tanggung Jawab
- Manage and oversee project cost control processes, ensuring adherence to budgets and financial governance frameworks.
- Perform comprehensive monthly variance analysis, comparing actual project performance against baseline budgets and forecasts.
- Develop and maintain complex financial models for capital project life-cycle costing and risk assessment.
- Prepare detailed financial reports and presentations for senior management and project stakeholders to support informed decision-making.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to track project milestones, commitments, and expenditures.
- Identify potential cost overruns early and propose proactive mitigation strategies to protect project margins.
- Support the annual budgeting and rolling forecast processes for assigned capital expenditure projects.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field; CPA, ACCA, or CFA qualification is highly preferred.
- Minimum 5-7 years of experience in financial analysis, with specific exposure to project cost control or capital project management.
- Expert-level proficiency in Microsoft Excel and financial modelling tools; experience with ERP systems (e.g., SAP or Oracle) is a significant advantage.
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret large datasets and identify trends or risks.
- Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to articulate financial concepts to internal and external project stakeholders.
- High attention to detail and a proven track record of meeting tight reporting deadlines.
- Experience in the Energy, Infrastructure, or Oil & Gas sector is strongly preferred.
