As a strategic partner to the sales organization, you will play a key role in shaping financial decisions, analyzing performance data, and providing actionable insights to drive business growth.
In this capacity, you will lead the financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting processes for the sales division. You will conduct in-depth analysis of sales trends, trade investments, and product profitability, presenting your findings to senior management. Your recommendations will optimize resource allocation, enhance promotional effectiveness, and improve overall financial performance.
Collaboration is essential here: you will work closely with cross-functional teams including Sales, Marketing, and Supply Chain to ensure alignment of financial goals with business objectives. Your excellent communication skills will enable you to translate complex data into clear, actionable recommendations.
The ideal candidate is a proactive, results-oriented professional with a strong background in finance and a desire to make a tangible impact. You should possess advanced Excel skills, experience with ERP systems like SAP, and a deep understanding of financial modeling. A degree in Finance or Accounting is required; CPA or MBA is a plus.

Tanggung Jawab
- Partner with the sales team to develop annual budgets, quarterly forecasts, and strategic plans.
- Provide monthly performance analysis, including revenue, margin, and volume variance analysis.
- Evaluate trade promotion effectiveness and provide recommendations to optimize marketing spend.
- Develop and maintain financial models to support pricing, product mix, and profitability analysis.
- Collaborate with sales leadership to identify business risks and opportunities and propose data-driven solutions.
- Prepare executive-level presentations summarizing financial results and strategic initiatives.
- Support ad-hoc analysis and special projects to enhance sales finance processes.
- Ensure data integrity and accuracy in financial reporting systems.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field; CPA or MBA is an advantage.
- At least 3-5 years of experience in financial analysis, preferably in sales finance or the FMCG industry.
- Strong analytical and quantitative skills with high attention to detail.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, financial modeling).
- Experience with ERP systems (SAP preferred) and business intelligence tools.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills; ability to present findings to senior management.
- Proven ability to work effectively in a cross-functional team environment.
- Strong business acumen and problem-solving mindset.
