Tanggung Jawab
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Treasury, Accounting, Business Services) to streamline financial processes and resolve operational issues
- Develop and maintain sophisticated financial models for cash flow forecasting, liquidity analysis, and risk assessment
- Analyze financial data to identify optimization opportunities in working capital management and treasury operations
- Assist in implementing treasury policies ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and internal controls
- Prepare comprehensive treasury reports and dashboards for senior leadership decision-making
- Manage relationships with banking partners and financial institutions to negotiate favorable terms
- Support foreign exchange risk management and hedging strategy execution
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field; CPA/CMA or Master’s preferred
- Minimum 5 years of treasury, finance, or accounting experience with multinational corporations
- Advanced proficiency in financial modeling tools (SAP, Oracle) and Excel with complex formulas
- Strong analytical skills with ability to interpret financial data and provide actionable insights
- Knowledge of Malaysian financial regulations and treasury best practices
- Excellent communication skills with ability to present complex financial concepts clearly
- Proven experience in cross-functional collaboration and process optimization
