Tanggung Jawab
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline treasury processes and resolve operational issues
- Build and maintain comprehensive financial models for forecasting and scenario analysis
- Monitor cash flow, liquidity positions, and financial risks across global operations
- Develop financial reports and dashboards for executive decision-making
- Optimize working capital management and implement efficiency improvements
- Assist in developing treasury policies and procedures aligned with regulatory requirements
- Coordinate with external providers on banking relationships and financial services
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field; MBA or professional certification preferred
- Minimum 5 years of treasury or corporate finance experience with multinational companies
- Advanced proficiency in financial modeling, cash flow forecasting, and risk analysis
- Expertise in ERP systems (SAP FICO preferred) and advanced Excel functions
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
- Experience in cross-functional collaboration with Accounting, Operations, and Business Services
- Knowledge of Malaysian financial regulations and international treasury best practices
